Well, having savored this particular 'delight' (I have relations that live in a rural area) and in my opinion the taste is pretty disgusting (and I think it not recommended in either case by Doctors due to the high fat content). However, cows milk is probably a lot worse especially if you arrive before the milking has finished. Cows have a habit of cr*ping while they are being milked so the stench is pretty bad too
